Gramercy

This charming Creole Cottage was designed by Andy McDonald. Gramercy features a gourmet kitchen, a large open scheme with top-of-the-line appliances, and luxury fixtures. The Gramercy also showcases a breathtaking French Quarter style courtyard with an outdoor kitchen and fireplace with hardscapes. All living areas are visible to the courtyard.

Gramercy was awarded “Best in Show” and “Best Kitchen Design” in the 2016 Northshore Parade of Homes.
