2023 Parade of Homes

We are proud members of the Northshore Home Builders Association because we love giving back to our community! Each year, members from around the Northshore showcase their most inspiring builds and support the Raise the Roof for Charity Foundation. This organization donates to various charities throughout our local community and has given away over 5 million dollars to other well-deserving organizations.Over the years, we have participated in the Northshore Parade of Homes and have been awarded various titles like Best in Show, Best Kitchen, Best Overall, and more. Each home that we showcase is bespoke to our client’s specifications and vision of home. The Northshore Parade of Homes is the perfect time to walk through one of our custom designs to find inspiration for your next Centanni Build.

This year, our POH Project will be an Andy McDonald Design with a New England style open floor plan featuring four bedrooms and three baths and all living areas overlooking courtyard. This home features a chef’s dream kitchen with top of the line appliances and butler’s pantry.
The exterior boasts an outdoor kitchen, beautiful landscaping, water feature, and pool.
