Exciting opportunities are on the horizon for the New Year! Each year thousands of people walk through the latest innovative architecture and designs by local contractors in a two-weekend event at the Northshore Parade of Homes. In the past, we have partnered with furniture companies, local businesses, and others to stage our builds for the NPOH. This year we want to continue investing in our community by offering an opportunity for designers, aspiring or established, to stage one room or more in our 2022 Parade of Homes Build. 

Our 2022 POH Project will be a three-bedroom, two-bathroom Tudor style home with top-of-the-line amenities, materials, and fixtures in Terrabella Village of Covington, Louisiana.
